The 26 year old Lamborghini driver, Luis Iraheta, is now facing a charge of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm in the hit-and-run.
The injured security man, Abraham Valdez, reportedly suffered internal bleeding, a crushed pelvis and broken ribs. He underwent surgery for his injuries at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
A GoFundMe, a fundraising page started to help in Abraham Valdez’s recovery, has already raised more than $24,000.
