Last year, Lexus unveiled its flagship luxury MPV dubbed the Lexus LM (Luxury Mover) during the 2019 Shanghai Motor Show.

And now, the Toyota Alphard-based ultimate luxury minivan is now on sale in China market. Lexus says the minivan will be available in both four and seven-seat configurations.

The seven-seat version retails for 1.166 million yuan ($170,722 at current exchange rates). The more opulent four-seat Royal edition has a price tag of 1.466 million yuan (about $215,000 at current exchange rates).

The seven-seat configuration, which spreads across three rows of seats, has captain’s chairs in the second row and a bench at the very back.

The more luxurious four-seat configuration features reclining captain’s chairs; a 26-inch entertainment screen; a 19-speaker sound system; Rolls-Royce type of glass privacy partition – that can shift from transparent to opaque; and a 14-liter fridge.

Buyers can choose between the LM 350 with a 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine or the LM 300h with an electrified 2.5-liter four-cylinder Atkinson Cycle engine.
