But one that unsurprisingly attracted a lot of attention was that of a red Ferrari FF driving through the flood water.
The limited edition Ferrari FF is one of just 2,291 copies that was manufactured. It has a $303,750 (₦117.6m) MSRP. This price will rise to over ₦200m to own one of this beasts in Nigeria.
The FF wasn’t the only pricey car that got trapped in the flood water. Other cars that got baptized in the flood include a BMW 7-Series and a Mercedes C-Class.
According to the London Fire Brigade, four fire engines and approximately 25 firefighters were dispatched to the scene to rescue 8 drivers.
No injuries were reported during the rescue effort that took nearly two hours.
