Nord CEO Shares First Photos Of Latest-Gen Made-in-Nigeria Nord A7 SUV
CEO of Lagos-based Nigerian automaker shares first photos of latest-generation Nord A7, a Made-in-Nigeria SUV.
Latest-gen Nord A7 now features a front fascia with three-piece illuminated grille, departing from the Jeep-like look.
Also new is the C-shaped LED headlights while the rear gets an F-shaped taillights and a tailgate-mounted spare tyre.
Inside, it features a 10.25-inch full LCD Instrument, a 12.8 inch LCD center control display and a 12.8 inch Passenger entertainment screen.
2026 Nord A7 SUV is offered in two powertrains, including a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with dual electric motors.
The hybrid powertrain churns out 335-hp, allowing the Nord A7 SUV to hit 60 mph (100 km/h) from rest in 5.5 seconds.

Oluwatobi Ajayi, the founder and CEO of Lagos-based Nigerian automaker, Nord Automobiles Limited, has shared photos of the latest-generation, all-new 2026 Nord A7 Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).
“I am proud to inform you that we have launched the All New Nord A7 SUV. Where power meets elegance.
Commanding every road. Every glance. Every moment,” Nord CEO wrote in a post on his official Instagram account.


Built on a robust body-on-frame structure, the all-terrain Made-in-Nigeria Nord A7 SUV is specially designed for offroading adventure and road comfort.

Unlike the Jeep-like look of the outgoing model, the latest Nord A7 now features a front fascia with three-piece illuminated grille and a C-shaped LED headlights while the rear gets an F-shaped taillights and a tailgate-mounted spare tyre.
Inside, the newly designed cabin of the Nigerian-made SUV now features a 10.25-inch full LCD Instrument, a 12.8 inch LCD center control display and a 12.8 inch Passenger zone entertainment screen.


The 2026 Nord A7 is offered in two powertrains : A 2.0T petrol engine with a maximum power of 241-hp (180 kW) and a maximum torque of 386 (Nm), paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Also available is an hybrid powertrain, which combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with dual electric motors. The hybrid powertrain churns out 335-hp, allowing the Nord A7 to hit 60 mph (100 km/h) from rest in 5.5 seconds.
