One-Off Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan Joins Dubai Police Patrol Fleet

Dubai Police collaborates with Mansory, unveils bespoke Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan luxury patrol at ATM 2025.

Its new patrol car will help strengthen the police department’s presence at key tourist destinations at the Emirates.

Unveiling of the Mansory-tuned Cullinan follows a successful earlier collaboration between Mansory and Dubai Police.

Their first collaboration saw the addition of Mercedes-AMG G63-based ‘Mansory P720’ into the force’s fleet in April 2024.

The Dubai Police has officially added a bespoke Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan to its prestigious fleet of luxury patrol vehicles, a move that will help strengthen the police department’s presence at key tourist destinations at the Emirates.

At the unveiling during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department at Dubai Police, examined the bespoke enhancements on its new patrol vehicle that makes the Cullinan stand out both visually and in performance.

He also reviewed the vehicle’s outstanding features, noting that its uprated 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine churns out an impressive 610 horsepower, which allows the Cullinan to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in just 5 seconds and reach a top-speed of 280 km/h (174mph).

Al Jallaf noted that the introduction of such elite vehicles into Dubai Police’s fleet will help strengthen the police presence at key tourist destinations, including Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, and JBR.

Commenting on the partnership, Mansory CEO and Iranian tuner, Mr Kourosh Mansory stated :

The unveiling of the Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan follows a successful earlier collaboration between Mansory and Dubai Police, which saw the addition of modified Mercedes-AMG G63-based ‘Mansory P720’ into the force’s fleet in April 2024.

While the new bespoke Mansory-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan wears a number 9 plate, the ‘Mansory P720’ comes with an identical numberplate, 720, that matches the 720-horsepower churned out by its engine.
