Femi Otedola Celebrates 60th Birthday Aboard Super Yacht

Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, celebrated his 60th birthday with family and friends on Friday aboard legendary private luxury motor yacht, ‘Christina O’.

The oil mogul, who turned 60 on November 4th paid nearly a billion Naira (₦906 million) to sail the luxury Christina O yacht with his family for three weeks.

Christina O charters for $687,000 (approximately ₦302 Million in Naira) per week plus expenses, according to YachtCharterFleet.

Ember Months Safety Campaign : Lagos State Drivers’ Institute Partners LASTMA, FRSC, VIS

The Lagos State Drivers’ Institute (LASDRI) has partnered with LASTMA, VIS and the FRSC as part of its unrelenting effort towards ensuring safer roads during the ember months and beyond.

LASDRI on Thursday took Ember Months Safety Campaign to Iyana Ipaja Motor Parks as part of its effort towards ensuring safer roads during the ember months.

LASDRI boss said that people have tagged the ember months as deadly months due to the high rate of road accidents. She stated that the major reason for vehicle accidents are bad roads, unworthy road vehicles and unschooled drivers.

FRSC Cautions Nigerians As Lexus Recalls 14,799 2021-2022 Model Year NX

The Federal Road Safety Corps also draw the attention of the motoring public using Lexus NX260, NX3650h and NX400h+ after Toyota issued safety recalls due to faulty programming of the Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) System.

According to the report contained in a memo forwarded by the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the affected NX models with faulty LKA System where manufactured between 31 March, 2021 to 26 April 2022.

The company also recalling 6,491 Lexus NX260 with defective Electric Parking Brake (EPB) system which was manufactured between 19 April 2021 and 15 July 2022.
