Photo Of The Day: Checkout This 2011 Ford Mustang With A Retractable Hardtop

Photos below belong to a 2011 Ford Mustang that has a retractable hardtop specially made for the SEMA show in Las Vegas of that year by GAS, or Galpin Auto Sport.
The car is finished in burnt orange over black leather upholstery and powered by a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 mated with a six-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Interestingly, these fifth-gen cars were the last to retain a traditional solid rear axle, and thus are often favored by drag racers and muscle and pony car traditionalists.
Features include a Ford Racing suspension, 20″ Halibrand-style wheels, color-keyed lower ground effects, tinted lamp lenses, a Flowmaster dual exhaust system, automatic climate control, a suede headliner, a Shaker 500 audio system, and touchscreen navigation. Listed for sale on Bring A Trailer, the 2011 Mustang GT has just 860 miles (1,384 km) on the odometer.
For those that appreciate the wind-in-the-hair enjoyment of a convertible but don’t want the noise and other inconveniences associated with it, this retractable hardtop Mustang is the perfect compromise, without a doubt. However, the fact that it’s also a famous former show car should also help its case at auction, too.
