Visually impaired BUK professor, wins N8.8 Million Innoson SUV.

A professor of Education at Bayero University Kano (BUK), known as Prof. Jubrin Diso, won a N8.8million Innoson SUV. He won the car through a raffle draw that involved 699 other participants.

According to Pulse.ng, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Budget and National Planning, Mr Ernest Umakhihe, during the hand-over of the car in Abuja, said Diso’s emergence as winner was God’s doing.

Mr. Umakhihe led a delegation of 700 participants for a meeting in Asaba, Delta. He said that after the two days meeting, a familiarisation tour was undertaken to Innoson Vehicles Motor (IVM) plant at Nnewi to see the level of commitment of the company to manufacturing industry towards the nation’s economic diversification.  The chairman of IVM magnanimously gave out a brand new IVM Ikenga model. It was not easy

However, to determine ownership in all transparency, the council decided to use a raffle draw where Diso emerged winner.

Professor Jubrin eventually emerged winner. He thanked God for making him emerge the winner of the draw. According to him, partaking in the national assignment made it possible.

“I also thank God for making me visually impaired and then gave me the opportunity to turn my disability to ability.

“I must also state it clearly that it is not easy for a visually impaired person to become a professor in this country because of several challenges,” he said.

It will certainly feel good to win a brand new N8.8 million SUV at no cost. You can also check out “12 Innoson Vehicles And Their Prices” to know the prices of other Innoson Vehicles.
