Limited-edition Lamborghini Huracán STJ Bid Farewell To The V10-powered Supercar - autojosh

Limited-edition Lamborghini Huracán STJ, based on the Huracán STO, bid farewell to the V10-powered supercar.

Huracán STJ limited is the last iteration of the V10 supercar before its replacement by an all-new super sports car later this year.

Limited to just 10, STJ distinguishes itself from the already extreme STO with two distinct aerodynamic package.

STO gets carbon fiber flicks at the corners of the front bumper, rear wing with an angle 3 degrees designed to deliver more downforce.

Italian supercar manufacturer, Automobili Lamborghini, has presented the Huracán STJ, a limited-edition model that not only bids farewell to the super sports car but also to the brand’s outgoing V10 engine.

Based on the Huracán STO and limited to just 10 Units, the Huracán STJ, is the latest and last iteration of the V10 supercar before its replacement by an all-new super sports car with a new hybrid powertrain later this year.

Lamborghini says that the STJ stands for Super Trofeo Jota, with the Super Trofeo paying tribute to the Lamborghini one-make championship, while Jota refers to Appendix J of the FIA Regulations that sets the racing car specifications.

The STJ represents the pinnacle of performance achieved in the Huracán family’s history, a model which was first presented to the world a decade ago in 2014 to replace the Lamborghini Gallardo.

The STJ distinguishes itself from the already extreme STO with two distinct aerodynamic package, including carbon fiber flicks at the corners of the front bumper and a rear wing with an angle 3 degrees designed to deliver more downforce at both ends.

Like the STO, the limited-edition Huracan STJ uses the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter mill with 631 horsepower (640 CV) and 417 pound-feet of torque (565 Nm), routed to the rear wheels via the 7-speed dual clutch.
