Peugeot To Offer 8-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty On All Their EVs
From now on, Peugeot’s Allure Care warranty program is available for every electric passenger car of the brand. What that means is: up to an 8-year manufacturer’s warranty. But under conditions.
Peugeot introduced its warranty program, called Allure Care, on the electric E-3008, but it is, of course, not reserved for that model. From now on, Allure Care is available for every Peugeot electric passenger car, from the E-208 to the E-2008 and from the E-308 to the E-5008 and the E-408 to be released later this year.
There are, of course, conditions attached to the extended warranty that Allure Care offers. For example, an 8-year manufacturer’s warranty applies to the electric motor, charger, transmission, and other vital technical parts up to a mileage of 160,000 miles (or up to 8 years). Allure Care starts automatically after the first maintenance has been performed. Periodic maintenance must also be carried out according to the schedule, obviously not at the universal garage, but within the Peugeot dealer or service network.
