Bentley Bentayga Extended Wheelbase Mulliner Arrives As The New Flagship, Starts At $339,000

Bentley Bentayga Extended Wheelbase (EWB) Mulliner arrives as the new pinnacle for the ultra-luxury Bentley model range.

The spacious rear compartment, available in 4+1 and 4-seat configurations, features the Bentley Airline Seat specification. 

Exterior details include Double Diamond front grille, unique 22-inch wheel design with a self-levelling wheel badges. 

The new top-trim from the brand’s Mulliner customizing division starts at $339,150. Deliveries starts in early 2024.

The all-new 2024 Bentley Bentayga Extended Wheelbase (EWB) Mulliner has arrived as the new pinnacle for the ultra-luxury Bentayga family as well as for the Bentley model range.

To create the Bentayga EWB Mulliner, the brand’s Mulliner customizing division extended the wheelbase of the base Bentayga by 180 mm (7.1 in), which provides an extra stretch-out space for owners in the back seat.

The rear compartment, available in 4+1 and 4-seat configurations, features the Bentley Airline Seat specification, which the brand claims its the most advanced automotive seating system in the world.

The Bentley Airline Seat specification with 22-ways of adjustment is the most advanced seat ever fitted to a car, according to Bentley. The Airline Seat specification, optional in the non-Mulliner model, offers maximum relaxation in the rear.

In Relax mode, the First-class seat can recline to nearly 40 degrees, while in Business Mode, the seat can move into its most upright position to make working on the move more comfortable for rear-seat passengers.

The British luxury marque said customers can also specify their own Mulliner Bespoke interior using any three colours that can produce nearly 4,000 tri-tone interior colour combinations.

Bentley notes that the new flagship Bentayga EWB Mulliner offers more cabin space than any comparable luxury competitor like the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and the Range Rover, dubbing the high-riding ultra-luxe truck “the world’s most luxurious SUV so far”.

On the outside, the Bentayga EWB Mulliner features a diamond-patterned grille and rides on exclusive Mulliner 22-inch wheels fitted with self-levelling wheel caps that remain upright as the wheels rotate.

Passengers are welcomed into the cabin by Mulliner illuminated three-dimensional treadplates and deep-pile Mulliner overmats when the doors are opened, one of many subtle details that go beyond the everyday into a higher level of luxury.

Powering Bentayga EWB Mulliner is Bentley’s extremely potent 4.0-litre V8 engine, which puts out 542 bhp and 568 lb.ft – allowing the super luxurious SUV reach 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds (100 km/h in 4.6 seconds) and a top-speed of 180 mph (290 km/h).

The new top-trim from the brand’s Mulliner customizing division starts at $339,150 – making the Bentayga EWB Mulliner nearly $40,000 more expensive than the standard Bentayga. Deliveries starts in early 2024.
