Someone Converted BMW M4 Into Luxury Trailer By Chopping The Front Part Off, See The Making

Someone converted a BMW M4 Gran Coupe into a luxury trailer by chopping off the front part.

The luxury trailer is part of a train that also includes tow vehicle, a BMW M4 Gran Coupe.

According to the Taiwanese body shop, this is the third matching trailer they have made.

In an earlier post, we showed you a BMW “train”, featuring BMW M4 towing a half-bodied BMW M4 trailer, that was spotted in Taiwan.

The half-bodied M4 trailer features the rear part of the sedan, a boot and a roof storage.

Then, it wasn’t clear if the owner actually chopped up another BMW to create the trailer, or whether the front half of this Gran Coupe had a serious crash that rendered it totaled.

But after a little research, we can now say authoritatively that the front part of the Gran Coupe was actually chopped off to create the luxury trailer.

According to the Taiwanese body shop, this is the third matching trailer they have made. 

Building these trailers is a labor-intensive process. It starts with sitting down with the client, determining what they want and if it’s feasible, and getting down to business.

The whole process, from order to completed car, takes one to two months.

“Building a camper car is not so simple, from the chassis, panel, internal structure, welding, towing, circuit, metal, baking paint, the whole car needs to have a safe structure”

Though the front end, engine, and front door are all gone, the luxury trailer still features the rear part of the sedan, a boot and a roof storage.

It may look like cutting up an actual Gran Coupe is a waste of money, but on the other hand, the owner has money to burn.
