Headies replies Odumodublvck : ‘Double car presentation loading’, “We’ve given out 20 cars to winners in 17 years”. 

It comes after he called out Headies over unfulfilled car prize gift, 3 months after emerging ‘Next Rated Award’ winner.

Replying to Odumodublvck post, Headies said “we haven’t forgotten our Next Rated winner”, adding that “car presentation is loading!”

The Headies notes that 20 brand new cars have been presented to winners since the ceremony was established in 2006.

The last two winners, Asake (2023) and BNXN (2022), went home with Mercedes-Benz G-Class and a Bentley Bentayga respectively.

The Headies has revealed that “double car presentation is loading” after Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, known professionally as Odumodublvck, called them out over the unfulfilled Car Prize Gift he won three months ago.

The last two winners of the ‘Next Rated Award’, Asake (2023) and BNXN (2022), went home with brand new Mercedes-Benz G-Class (G-Wagon) and a Bentley Bentayga SUVs respectively.

Replying to OdumoduBlvck’s tweet, The Headies said :

In a follow up post, Headies said 20 brand new cars have been presented to winners since the ceremony was established in 2006, including a 2022 Bentley Bentayga SUV worth over ₦300m presented to Daniel Benson, professionally known as BNXN, at the 15th Headies in 2022.
