Lamborghini unveils all-new Hybrid V8 engine that will power upcoming Huracan successor, codenamed Lamborghini 634.

The brand’s upcoming Lamborghini 634 is equipped with a twin-turbo V8 engine combined with three electric motors.

The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 delivers 739-hp (800 CV) between 9,000 and 9,750 rpm, and reach a peak engine speed of 10,000 rpm.

Lamborghini 634 will join the brand’s HPEV lineup that already includes the Revuelto and plug-in-hybrid Urus SE.





The launch of the next Lamborghini 634 High-Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV) is scheduled for 2024.

Italian sports car manufacturer, Automobili Lamborghini, has unveiled an all-new hybrid twin-turbo V8 engine that will power the upcoming Huracan successor, currently codenamed Lamborghini 634.

Equipped with a twin-turbo V8 engine combined with three electric motors, the brand-new Lamborghini 634 will join the brand’s High-Performance Electrified Vehicle lineup that already includes the 1,001-hp Revuelto plug-in hybrid as well as the plug-in-hybrid Urus SE.

Lamborghini says that the all-new 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine delivers a maximum power output of 739 horsepower (800 CV) between 9,000 and 9,750 rpm, and reach a peak engine speed of 10,000 rpm.

In addition, the perfect integration of the electric unit with the combustion engine delivers a maximum torque of 730 Nm between 4,000 and 7,000 rpm, with an exhilarating progression similar to that of a racing engine.

The launch of the Lamborghini 634 is scheduled for 2024, according to Lamborghini. While the Sant’Agata Bolognese based sports car manufacturer hasn’t reveal the name of the upcoming Huracan codenamed Lamborghini 634, the “Temerario” name has circulated online.
