“The LSSTF has just donated three APCs in order to enhance operational capacity. This is a good one because it is one of the resources that we need to enhance our efficiency. We can move to every nook and corner with these APCs to combat any crime,” Tijani added.
Also speaking, the LSSTF boss, Ogunsan, represented by Degbola Lewis, explained that the presentation aligns with the core mandate of the fund to continually support security agencies with critical operational tools and logistics necessary for effective policing and public safety management.

“This is in furtherance of our mandate to provide equipment, logistics and training to security agencies in order to enhance security in Nigeria. There is a need for us to ensure that we provide adequate equipment for them. We also work in conjunction with the security agencies to determine what they require,” he said.
As part of move to strengthen security operations across the state, the Lagos State Government, through the LSSTF, has provided patrol vehicles, surveillance tools, and communication systems to security agencies.
