Eric Garcias’ Barcelona contract will run until 2026 with a 400m euro buyout clause, according to statements posted on the clubs official page.
The defender, who joined the Barça Academy in 2008 before leaving for Manchester City in 2017, has become Barcelona’s second signing in a day as the Spanish club rally round to fortify its squad ahead of next day.
Barcelona had earlier signed Man City and Argentina star Sergio Aguero, barely two days after losing a chance to lift the Champions League Cup on Saturday.
