Mercedes-Benz Begins Delivery Of Limited-series, 1990s-inspired G-Class Past II Future
Mercedes and luxury fashion brand, Moncler, begins delivery of a 90s-inspired G-Class called G-Class Past II Future.
Designed by Japanese fashion designer, NIGO, the rare edition of the iconic G-Class is limited to just 20 units worldwide.
The limited-series Mercedes G-Class Past II Future are based on the new G 450 d (diesel-powered) and the 2025 G 500.

German auto-brand Mercedes-Benz, Moncler and NIGO has finally launched their collaborative fashion collection in New York City, which originally debuted last October during Moncler‘s star-studded Moncler Genius 2024 showcase in Shanghai, China.
Along with the collection of clothing items, which can now be purchased exclusively in worldwide Moncler stores and at moncler.com, customers will also take delivery of their limited-edition Mercedes‑Benz G‑Class Past II Future vehicles.

Produced in a limited series of only 20 vehicles, the special G-Class model is inspired by the one-off art piece Mercedes‑Benz Project G‑Class Past II Future created by Japanese music producer and fashion designer, NIGO.

“We’re thrilled to unveil our co-created fashion collection, blending Moncler’s luxury with Mercedes‑Benz’s iconic design, all enhanced by NIGO’s creative genius,” Bettina Fetzer, Vice President Mercedes‑Benz Digital & Communications, Mercedes‑Benz AG.
The limited-edition Mercedes-Benz G-Class Past II Future models are based on the new G 450 d and the 2025 G 500. On the outside, the models features a two-tone olive green and grey paint job that matches the one-of-one 1990s G-Class art piece dubbed “Project G‑Class Past II Future”.

In addition, it features the Past II Future lettering on the signature bumper guards, a rear-mounted spare wheel with the collaboration logo on its cover and as well as a blacked-out metal wheels and window frames.
Inside, its retro cabin is finished in black and deep green shade of hide. For exclusivity, a “1 of 20” limited series number is inscribed on the centre console while the Past II Future lettering can be found on the grab handle.
