Moment Shettima Arrived In Armored Lexus LX 600 Worth ₦300 Million For The Induction Of Fighter Jets

Moment Vice President Shettima arrived for the induction of two fighter jets in Makurdi, the Benue State capital. 

VP Shettima arrive at the event in a Lexus LX 600 – a bulletproof and puncture-resistant SUV worth over ₦300 million.

Latest-gen LX 600, which replaces the LX 570, is now the choice of luxury ride for the Presidency and most Governors in Nigeria.

Vice President, Kashim Shettima on Tuesday February 6th inducted two aircrafts, the TK-129 ATAK Helicopters and a King Air 360i aircraft at Nigeria Air (NAF) Base, Makurdi, the Benue State capital.

Video shared shows the moment Shettima arrived at the event in an armored Lexus LX 600 – a bulletproof and puncture-resistant SUV worth over ₦300 million.

The latest-generation Lexus LX 600, which replaces the popular LX 570, is now the choice of luxury ride for the Presidency and some State Governors in Nigeria.

Induction of Two Fighter Jets Into Air Force Counter-Insurgency

Speaking during the event, Shettima, who represented President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, implored the Nigerian military and other security agencies to intensify efforts at containing the multi-dimensional security challenges in the country.

He also restated his administration’s continued support to the nation’s security forces through the modernization of fleets, training and welfare of personnel.

“Indeed, our solemn commitment to safeguarding Nigeria’s security hinges upon the realisation that without vigilant attention to the needs of our Armed Forces who are saddled with the maintenance of peace, law, order and stability, anarchy and lawlessness would surely prevail,” he stated.
