New “Shoes” For The Most Powerful Porsche 911 Were Created By Pirelli
Pirelli’s new P Zero R tires are specified for the most powerful Porsche 911 Turbo S (992.2), whose hybrid powertrain develops 711 horsepower and 800 Nm of maximum torque.
The famous Italian company Pirelli presented the new P Zero R tires, and the result of intensive testing and many years of experience on race tracks is intended for current and future owners of the most powerful version of the current Porsche 911 (Turbo S), whose 3.6-liter 6-cylinder biturbo boxer engine, with the assistance of an electric motor, develops 711 hp and 800 Nm of maximum torque.
With thoughts about the luxurious potential of the most powerful production “Elfer” to date, which develops 322 km/h and reaches 100 km/h from a standstill in 2.5 seconds, Pirelli has created a “mixture” that will offer optimal grip and precise handling in various conditions on dry and wet public roads, with less noise and an increased level of comfort and safety, but also respond to the challenges of closed tracks.
The latest Pirelli product, which is based on the long-standing philosophy behind the name “Perfect Fit” (tyres developed for a specific car model), bears the famous letter ‘N’ on the sidewalls, which means that in Zuffenhausen, they have approved the new “footwear” for the most powerful 911. In standard combination with 20 and 21-inch wheels, the P Zero R arrives in dimensions 255/35/20 at the front and 325/30/21 in the back.
