All New Nissan Terra Unveiled As A Frame SUV (Photos)

Nissan, the Japanese automaker, will be making the public release of the new Nissan Terra. This event will take place sometime in April in China.
The Terra is the spiritual successor of the previous-generation Pathfinder and Xterra.
The release of the Terra will mark the beginning of Nissan’s midterm plan known as “as “Nissan M.O.V.E to 2022”. Part of this plan includes a move to focus on manufacturing an array of frame and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV).
According to Nissan, one in every six vehicles it sells globally is either a frame-based vehicle or a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) and the plan established by Nissan’s frame and LCV division is to boost sales by more than 40 percent by 2022.
This the automaker plans to achieve by first launching new products such as the Terra first in China, then subsequently in some countries across the world.
“I’m very pleased to announce that the all-new Nissan Terra” said Ashwani Gupta, senior vice president for Nissan’s frame and LCV business. “This rugged SUV is practical, authentic, and designed to go anywhere. The Nissan Terra goes on sale this spring, first in China, with other Asian markets soon to follow.”
Further information about the Nissan Terra will be made public in April when it’s officially released.
