Peugeot Is Announcing A New Version Of Trim Levels To “Address Criticism”

Peugeot models certainly do not lack trim levels. For example, the Peugeot 208 and 2008 are available as Style, Business, Allure, Envy, and GT. However, it seems that none of these versions meet everyone’s wishes. Speaking to AutoWeek, Peugeot executive Alain Favey says that Peugeot will soon introduce a new version that ‘offers more equipment’.

According to Favey, Peugeot sometimes receives criticism regarding the equipment on its models, which allegedly does not meet expectations. In passing, Favey mentions the fact that Chinese models are often very well equipped, but also states that this is not the only or the main motivation for introducing the new version. We do not yet know what the new version will be called.
