Porsche Delivers 310,718 Cars In 2024, Cayenne Was Best-seller, Macan EV Outsold Its Gas-powered Variant In Q4
Porsche AG delivers 310,718 vehicles in 2024, all-new Macan EV outsold its Internal Combustion Engine Variant in Q4.
With 102,889 deliveries worldwide, the Cayenne SUV became the bestseller among Porsche’s six model lines last year.
50,941 examples of 911 was delivered, while the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman models recorded 23,670 deliveries.
20,836 examples of Taycan were delivered to customers last year while the Panamera accounted for 29,587 deliveries.

Porsche AG has released its global sales results for 2024, with the Stuttgart sports car manufacturer reporting 310,718 vehicle deliveries worldwide between January and December – a 3% decline compared to the 320,221 units delivered in 2023.
In 2024, Porsche comprehensively renewed four out of the six model lines : the Panamera, Taycan, 911 and Macan. The sports car maker also launched its second all-electric model, the new Macan, at the beginning of the year.
In total, Porsche delivered 82,795 Macan in 2024 (-5% per cent). Of the 27,795 units sold in Q4, 18,278 (66%) examples were all-electric models, while the remaining 9,517 were gas-powered models.
“This launch literally electrified us. I am therefore particularly pleased that more than 18,000 examples of the all-electric variant have already been delivered to customers in the past months,” says Detlev von Platen, Member of the Executive Board for Sales and Marketing at Porsche AG.
With 102,889 units (+18%), the Cayenne became the bestseller among Porsche’s six model lines in 2024. 50,941 examples (+2%) of the iconic 911 was delivered in 2024, while the 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman models recorded 23,670 (+15%) deliveries.
In total, 20,836 (-49%) examples of the Taycan were delivered to customers last year while the Panamera accounted for 29,587 deliveries, a decline of 13 percent for this model line due to lower demand for this model line in the Chinese market.
With 86,541 (+1%) deliveries, North America was the largest sales region while China got 56,887 cars (-28%). 55,533 cars (+6 percent) were handed over to customers in Overseas and Emerging Markets.
In Europe (excluding Germany), Porsche delivered 75,899 vehicles (+8 percent). Customers in home market of Germany got 35,858 vehicles – an increase of 11 percent.
