This is the shocking moment a sinkhole swallowed a Hyundai Venue Crossover SUV parked in a parking lot in Mumbai, India.
This particular parking lot was reportedly built over an existing well filled with concrete.
Sinkhole swallowing houses and automobiles is one of the most fearful natural occurrences as it doesn’t give any notice of impending disaster.
Now, a trending footage taken in India has captured another shocking moment a sinkhole which suddenly appeared in a car park swallow an entire Hyundai Venue.

It took no more than 15 seconds for the little Hyundai Venue subcompact crossover to completely vanish from the sight of visibly shocked onlookers.
Luckily, there was no one in the Hyundai as local police who swung into action to retrieved the car confirmed that it was empty. The brake lights that appeared to be on is likely due to an electrical fault caused by the water.
A sinkhole, which is basically a ground erosion underneath a structure, is a very common occurrence around the world and it normally happens after heavy rainfall.
