This armored and flame proof Riot Control Vehicle by Bozena can resists the attacks from 100+ armed protesters.

With Bozena Riot, riot control police looking for cover can face armed protesters as well as shove large obstacles out of the way.

Meet the Bozena Riot, an imposing tactical vehicle specially designed for special military and police units responsible for the CROWD Control. First unveiled in 2010, the Riot was developed in a close cooperation with specialists of the Slovak Police Corps.

According to Bozena, it can be used during violent political/social demonstrations as well as against football Hooligans — and the company is also pitching it as an anti-terrorism tool.

The Bozena Riot is a fully armored and flame proof vehicle. It has bulletproof windows and ports for police using teargas guns and firearms.

The imposing Riot Control vehicle comprises of a small wheeled vehicle with movable arms as well as a complex 12-foot tall barrier that has wings which can extend its width from 15 feet to 24 feet.

The central section of the vehicle is equipped with a smaller shielded platform that can be elevated to a height of 15 feet. It can be fitted with spotlights, teargas cannons and water cannons that are fed by a towed tank.

The vehicle also has a video feed, which allows the operator – who sits in an armored compartment – to see the other side of the shield. It is also equipped with a four-wheel steering system, which allows it to make tight turns and even “crab” from side to side.

Bozena says that the Riot can hold its ground against 100 people pushing against it, and can also be used to shove large obstacles out of the way. When police need to get past it, the shield can be lifted into the air.
