Today’s Photos : The Infamous NEPA Had Helicopters Used For Carrying Out Inspections, Repair Works

Today’s Photos : The infamous NEPA had helicopters used for carrying out inspections, repair works.
Pictures shared, which has now gone viral, shows that the infamous National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) had helicopters used by Engineers and Line Technicians to carry out inspections and repair work on overhead power lines.
NEPA, previously known as the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) until 30 September 2013, was an organisation governing the use of electricity in Nigeria.
Over the years, the Nigerian public gave the company numerous humorous backronyms such as “Never Expect Power Always” (NEPA), “No Electrical Power at All – Please Light Candle” (NEPA plc), and “Please Hold a Candle Now” (PHCN) because of power outages.
