Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announces April through September 2025 financial results.
TMC produces vehicles under Toyota, Daihatsu, Lexus and Hino brands (and now Century).
TMC sold approximately 4,783,000 vehicles between April and Sep, an increase of 227,000 units versus Q2-Q3 2024.
Consolidated net revenues totaled $168.7b, an increase of 5.8%, while operating income decreased from $16.1b to 2.005 $13.7b.
Also, income before income taxes during Q2-Q3 2025 was $17b while net income decreased from $12.5b to $12.1b.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, TMC estimates consolidated vehicles sales of 9.8 million units.

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), which produces vehicles under Toyota, Daihatsu, Lexus and Hino brands (and now Century), sold approximately 4,783,000 vehicles between April and September, an increase of 227,000 units compared to the same period in 2024.
During this period, consolidated net revenues totaled 24.630 trillion yen ($168.7 billion), an increase of 5.8%, while operating income decreased from 2.464 trillion yen ($16.1 billion) to 2.005 trillion yen ($13.7 billion).
Also, income before income taxes during Q2-Q3 2025 was 2.478 trillion yen ($17.0 billion) while net income decreased from 1.907 trillion yen ($12.5 billion) to 1.773 trillion yen ($12.1 billion).
In the North America region, vehicle sales totaled approximately 1,533,000 units (+185,000 units) while a total of approximately 970,000 vehicles (+31,000 units) were sold in the home country of Japan.
In Q2-Q3, 573,000 vehicles (+26,000 units) were sold in Europe, customers in the Asian region took delivery of 853,000 vehicles (-52,000 units) while 854,000 units (+36,000 units) were sold in other regions (including Central and South America, Oceania, Africa, and the Middle East).
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, TMC estimates consolidated vehicles sales of 9.8 million units. Also, TMC forecasts consolidated net revenue of 49.0 trillion yen ($335.6 billion) and operating income of 3.4 trillion yen ($23.3 billion).
