Updated 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS electric flagship arrives with new look as well as improved drive range. 

Now has a deep black radiator grille, which connects with the headlights, and an upright Mercedes Star on the bonnet.

Thanks to an increased battery-pack, the EQS 450 4MATIC will now go 799km on full charge while EQS 450+ now has 822km range. 

In addition, EQS with 4MATIC gets increased towing capacity from 750 to 1,700kg – meaning customers can now tow a horse trailer.





Pricing for the 2025 Mercedes EQS hasn’t been revealed, but the new electric flagship can be ordered from April 25, 2024.

Mercedes-Benz has introduced a series of updates for the 2025 EQS electric flagship sedan, including an updated front end and a larger battery pack with up to 82 kilometres more range than the outgoing model.

Updates on the electric flagship includes the deep black radiator grille (black panel), which connects seamlessly with the headlights, and an upright Mercedes-Benz Star on the front hood.





Inside, Mercedes introduced a series of changes focused on comfort for the rear passenger, including Rear Comfort Package Plus, which allows passenger seat to be folded forward and the backrest in the rear to be adjusted up to 38 degrees.

According to Mercedes-Benz, the optional Rear Comfort Package Plus with executive seats worth 3,867.50 euros incl. VAT now have a special slanted footrest on the right side in the rear compartment.

Thanks to an increased battery capacity from 108.4 kWh to 118 kWh, the EQS 450 4MATIC will now go 799 kilometres on full charge (from 717-km) while the EQS 450+ now has 822 kilometres range from from 683-km.

Other updates on the EQS (and EQE) sedan with 4MATIC includes an increased towing capacity from 750 to 1,700 kilograms (similar level to the SUV derivatives) – meaning customers can now tow a horse trailer.

Pricing for the 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQS ultra-luxury sedan hasn’t been revealed, but the German luxury carmaker did confirm that the new electric flagship can be ordered from April 25, 2024.
