In order to use any of the numbers, follow the following procedure:

1. Dial the relevant emergency Number
2. Tell the Emergency Operator the “True state” of the emergency
3. The exact location – Your full address and telephone number
4. What the exact emergency is (armed robbery, fire, violent assault, etc)
5. Give telephone number (if you can recall under the threat situation)
6. To enhance effective communication under distress, PLEASE REMAIN CALM
