Super-Mercedes : Maybach Set To Battle Rolls-Royce And Bentley With Bespoke Commissions
Super-Mercedes : Mercedes ultra-luxury brand, Maybach set to battle Rolls-Royce and Bentley with bespoke One-off builds.
Maybach already has the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, Maybach GLS, and Maybach EQS SUV in its lineup.
But Maybach, just like Rolls-Royce and Bentley, plans to offer ultra-exclusive models for special customers.
One of the planned ultra-exclusive models that is expected to arrive is a Mercedes-Maybach SL.
Wide-ranging list of “Myth” and “Legend” cars under consideration includes variants of G-Wagon and supercar.

Mercedes-Benz ultra-luxury division, Maybach, is aiming to offer an array of ultra-exclusive and one-of-one bespoke commissions to customers, an unnamed senior representative has revealed to Car and Driver.
Maybach, the pinnacle of the Mercedes-Benz lineup, already has the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, Maybach GLS, and Maybach EQS SUV in its lineup, which are high-end luxury models designed to battle models from Bentley and Rolls-Royce.

Just like British luxury marques, Rolls-Royce and Bentley, Maybach also aims to offer limited-run coachbuilt masterpieces or ultra-exclusive ‘one-of-one’ models for special customers – one of which is expected to arrive is a Mercedes-Maybach SL.
“That’s why we are going to turn Maybach into kind of a coachbuilt super-Mercedes, which lifts personalization to a whole new level,” a senior decision-maker told Car and Driver.
The wide-ranging list of “Myth” and “Legend” cars under consideration by Maybach includes variants of the iconic Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon and even a possible supercar.
