Adamawa State Govt Takes Delivery Of 10 Innoson CNG-powered Buses Worth Over N1 Billion - autojosh

Adamawa State Governor Fintiri takes delivery of 10 Innoson CNG-powered buses worth over N1 Billion. 

Innoson said Fintiri-led Adamawa State Govt remains the highest patronizer of Innoson vehicles in the Northern region. 

Reveals plans to set up a showroom and a service centre in Adamawa State to serve North Eastern Nigeria.





The Chairman of Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing, Chief Dr Innocent Chukwuma, on Tuesday August 29th 2023, presented ten (10) Innoson CNG-powered buses bought by the Adamawa State Government to Gov Ahmadu Fintiri.

Speaking at the presentation, Chukwuma stated that the Adamawa State Government under the leadership of Gov Fintiri remains the highest patronizer of Innoson Vehicles in the Northern Region.





The Innoson boss, who was ably represented by the General Sales Manager Obum Osigwe, also revealed that the indigenous Auto brand has concluded plans to set up a showroom and a service centre in Adamawa to serve North Eastern Nigeria.

Osigwe said :

“Innoson Vehicles has concluded plans to set up a showroom/service center to serve North Eastern Nigeria.

“We want to say on record that in the northern part of Nigeria, no state has patronized Innoson Vehicle like Adamawa State has done under the leadership of Governor Ahmadu Fintiri.

“This partnership started in 2020 and has gone up in leaps and bounds. This bus is not just a basic bus, it is a luxurious bus. Arrangements are being made to increase our presence in Yola and Adamawa.”

The CNG-powered vehicles were purchased by the Adamawa State Government as part of measures to cushion the impact of fuel subsidy removal on the people, according to a statement signed by Senior Special Assistant on New Media to the Governor, Muhammad B. Tukur.

Tukur further revealed that the 10 IVM luxury buses are worth more than N1 billion.
