British luxury marque, Bentley, launches limited-edition ‘Speed Edition 12’ models to celebrate its Iconic W12 engine.
Speed Edition 12 models are fitting farewell to the 12-cylinder engine that has powered modern era Bentley models.
The limited-edition ‘Speed Edition 12’ models are available as Bentayga, Flying Spur, Continental GT and Continental GTC.
Only 120 of each four models will be made to ensure Speed Edition 12 become a rare and sought-after tribute to W12 engine.
In addition, lucky customers who purchase Speed Edition 12 models will receive scale model of Bentley W12 engine block.
British luxury marque, Bentley Motors, has launched a limited-edition ‘Speed Edition 12‘ models to celebrate the remarkable W12 engine that has powered its performance flagships since its introduction in 2003.
Based on the Speed versions of the Bentayga, Flying Spur, Continental GT and Continental GT Convertible, the limited-edition Speed Edition 12 models are a fitting farewell to the extraordinary 12-cylinder engine that has powered the modern era Bentley models.
Unique designs on the Speed Edition 12 models include Edition 12 badging, numbered engine plaque, Edition 12 embroidery and a fascia in Grand Black veneer with the engine firing sequence etched alongside an inlaid Edition 12 badge.
Other exterior features include 22” black painted Speed alloy wheels, a self-levelling wheel badges as well as a new optional light grey-green paint colour, Opalite, which has a subtle copper effect that glows in bright sunshine.
Bentley plans to make just 120 of each four models to ensure that the Speed Edition 12 become a rare and sought-after tribute to an engine that has powered the company’s cars its fortunes for two decades.
In addition, lucky customers who purchase the limited-edition Speed Edition 12 models will receive a precise 15 per cent scale model of the Bentley W12 engine block as a commemorative artefact for display on desk, cabinet or shelf.
