Meet the all-new Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, the latest in the ever increasing variants of the Chiron hypercar that first made its debut 5-years ago.
Like all the Chirons, the Super Sport is also special as the Grand Tourer combines the performance of the record-breaking the Super Sport 300+ with all the luxury found in the ‘regular’ Chiron.
Inside, Bugatti describes the cabin as being “perfectly suited to high-speed continental trips”, adding that the Super Sport remains quiet even at the extraordinarily high speeds it can reach.

Powering the Super Sport is the same 1578 horsepower (1600 PS) and 1180 lb ft version of Bugatti’s quad-turbo W16 as the SS record breaker.
It has a top speed that has been electronically limited to 273 mph (440 km/h) in the interests of ‘safety and homologation’.
According to Bugatti, the Super Sport gets to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 5.8 seconds and 300 km/h (186 mph) in 12.1 seconds. In comparison, the Super Sport is said to accelerate 7% faster than the normal Chiron from 0-249 mph.
Bugatti plans to make just 60 units of the Super Sport, with each costing €3.2 million ($3.9 million or N1.6 billion, excluding taxes and destination charges in Nigeria). Deliveries starts early next year.
