#EndSARS : Thugs Attack Osun Gov. Oyetola’s Convoy (Video)
Osun Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s convoy was attacked by thugs on Saturday while addressing #EndSARS protesters in Osogbo.
According to reports, two people were feared dead and several injured during the incident.
Footage from the scene captures the hoodlums throwing projectiles on the vehicles in the Governor’s convoy.
Two bulletproof Lexus LX 570 SUVs in the Governor’s convoy were damage during the incident.
Osun State Governor Adegboyega Oyetola was ferried to safety on Saturday after being attacked by thugs while addressing #EndSARS protesters in Osogbo, the state capital.
According to reports, two people were feared dead and several injured after the hoodlums, armed with guns and cutlasses, attacked the Governor while addressing the protesters at Olaiya junction in Osogbo, the state capital.
Two bulletproof Lexus LX 570 SUVs in the Governor’s convoy were damage during the incident.
Osun Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s convoy was attacked by thugs.
The Senior Special Assitant to the governor on Media, Mabel Aderonke, while confirming the incident in a tweet, said :
“There was a scary attempt on Governor Adegboyega Oyetola’s life by armed thugs on Saturday in Osogbo,”

A video shared by Mabel Aderonke captures the hoodlums hurling several projectiles on the vehicles in the governor’s convoy.
Two bulletproof Lexus LX 570 Sports Utility Vehicles in the Governor’s convoy were damage during the incident.
A statement released by the government reads :
“There was an attempt Saturday on the life of the Governor of the State of Osun, Mr Adegboyega Oyetola,”
“Armed with guns, cutlasses, the hoodlums swooped on the Governor at Olaiya junction; while he was addressing the #EndSARS protesters at the state capital.”
