Chinese automaker, Build Your Dreams (BYD), has announced that British actor Daniel Craig is partnering with its premium luxury EV brand, Denza, to support its global expansion in 2026.
The partnership with the ex-James Bond star comes ahead of European launch of Denza’s initial line-up of three models in 2026, led by its flagship Denza Z9GT shooting brake on 8 April at the Palais Garner opera house in Paris.
“Daniel Craig represents a powerful combination of strength, sophistication and authenticity. Those qualities resonate deeply with what DENZA stands for,” BYD Executive Vice President, Stella Li commented on the partnership.

“As we bring the brand to the world — across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa — we are proud to welcome an actor whose presence and character reflect the spirit of DENZA.”

The Z9GT features cutting-edge 108-zone ADB headlights with a striking single-side design while the dashboard features three screens : a 17.3-inch central touchscreen, a 13.2-inch digital driver’s display and another 13.2-inch touchscreen for the front passenger.
