Korope Bus Driver Pleads For Mercy After Crashing Into ₦450M Lamborghini Urus In Lagos

A routine commute through congested Lagos traffic turned into an outright nightmare for a commercial driver after his blue-and-white mini-bus—locally known as a Korope—rammed directly into the rear end of a Lamborghini Urus super-SUV.

The avoidable incident was brought to public attention on social media by Nigerian medical doctor and forex trader Drbills2026, who shared the agonising aftermath of a rear-end collision that left his ride, fitted with a customised plate, visibly dented and crumpled.

Knowing the full extent of the damage, the impending repair bill and, of course, the potentially life-altering financial consequences of his mistake, the Korope driver made no attempt to offer excuses or flee the chaotic scene.

Instead, the Korope driver, alongside two other men, prostrated on the road to plead with Drbills2026 following the expensive crash, as seen in another trending photo shared online.

It’s unclear how the case was resolved, but leaving the Korope driver to handle the damage alone could have resulted in a repair bill that would comfortably cost as much as a brand-new Korope.
