Nigerian rapper and songwriter Asake gets an all-electric Tesla Cybertruck worth N300 million as birthday gift.

Asake’s latest car makes him one of few Nigerian music stars who owns the futuristic Tesla Cybertruck.
Last year, Timaya, Davido and Omah Lay also acquired a Cybertruck – the latter who splashed N600m on two.

Nigerian rapper and songwriter, Ahmed Ololade, known professionally as Asake, is still in celebration mood after sharing photos of a brand new Tesla Cybertruck he got as birthday gift.
In one of photos shared on his Instagram page, the music star, who turned 30 years on Monday January 13th, was seen posing with his new high-riding Electric Vehicle worth N300 million.

Another photo shared shows Asake holding a pen in a room, which looks like a Tesla dealership – judging by the Tesla sticker. Asake captioned the post with : “Birthday Gift, Preciate @teslamotors”
Asake’s latest car makes him one of few Nigerian music stars who owns the futuristic Cybertruck, a list that includes Timaya, Davido and Omah Lay – the latter who splashed over N600 million on two Tesla ultra-luxury trucks.

From the pictures shared, AutoJosh can’t say Cybertruck variant that Asake got, but the most powerful model, dubbed the Cyberbeast, has a range of 320 miles on full charge and 440 miles with extender battery. The 845-horsepower Cyberbeast can reach 60 mph from rest in 2.6 seconds.
The Cybertruck joins Asake’s Mercedes-Benz G-Class – a boxy SUV he got in 2023 as the winner of the highly coveted ‘Next Rated’ award. Few days after clinching the Next Rated, Asake took to his Instagram page to flaunt his Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV.
