Lamborghini Records Best Half Year Ever, Delivers 4853 Vehicles From Jan To June
Lamborghini records its best half year ever, delivers 4853 Vehicles from January to June of 2021.
Its sales was up by thirty-seven per cent (37%) compared to the same period in 2020.
US remains Lamborghini’s largest market followed by mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao.
Urus Super SUV remains Lamborghini’s best-selling model.

Lamborghini has set another sales record after delivering 4,853 vehicles in the first six months of 2021. The massive sales recorded between January and June is Lamborghini’s best half year ever, with sales up 37% compared to the same period in 2020.
According to the Italian sports car maker, the order portfolio is equally positive, with production already covered for the next ten months until April 2022.


Lamborghini’s first-ever sports utility vehicle, the 641-horsepower Urus remains the best-selling model. Of its 4, 853 cars total sales, 2796 vehicles (+35%) went to the Super SUV.
This is followed by 1,532 units (+46%) of the V-10 Huracan while the Italian company sold 524 units (+21%) of its most expensive and powerful model, the V-12 Aventador.


In terms of markets, the US, with 1502 vehicles, remained Lamborghini’s largest market followed by mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao, with 602 vehicles, which have leapt into second place. Then come Germany (391), the U.K. (318), Japan (258), the Middle East (226) and Italy (197).

Automobili Lamborghini President and CEO Stephan Winkelmann commented:
“This outstanding result is a dual confirmation for us. It is proof of the strength and solidity of our brand, and its increasing appeal, even in a period of ongoing challenges and uncertainty.”
Last week saw the launch of the Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae, a model that bids farewell to the Aventador that first made its debut in 2011. This summer will also see the arrival of the Huracán STO and the Huracán GT3 EVO, as well as the presentation of another new product.
