Man Blames FRSC Officials For Causing An Accident Which Claimed 3 Lives In Ibadan (Photos & Video).
A Nigerian known as soa_pappy on Instagram blames FRSC officials for causing a road accident that claimed 3 lives in Ibadan. According to what he posted, he said the accident happened due to the actions of the bribe-seeking FRSC officials.

He wrote;
This accident just happened at sat gurumaraji in Ibadan. Caused by @frsc commission officials because of bribe. 3 dead(including frsc officer) and other officers took to their heels except this guy in this video caught up.
The Instagram user also stated that other FRSC officials took to their heels except the one they caught in the video.
In the video, you’ll see a lifeless body on the road, a wrecked Mercedes Benz C-Class and a wrecked FRSC patrol van.
