A Recent $7,000 Corvette Discount Is Only Available If Chevy Selects You

Chevrolet has discreetly introduced a $7,000 incentive that covers both the 2026 Corvette E-Ray and Z06, indicating that it is eager to sell off its remaining inventory. But there’s a catch. There is no assurance that you will be eligible for it.

The agreement, formally known as the “Corvette Targeted Private Offer”, was included in a message that Chevrolet dealers received earlier this week. There are still few details. Only consumers who receive the offer will be eligible, according to the notice, and it’s unclear how a purchase gets on that list.

Cars Direct claims that the deal is only good through July 7 and that it will likely be offered as a savings certificate or a discount coupon. Members of the same household may receive the incentive. Most likely, the code will be distributed to fortunate potential Corvette purchasers nationwide via snail mail or email.

Why the deal is only available for the Z06 and E-Ray versions is unknown. There are presently nearly 1,000 2026 Corvette E-Rays available within a 2,000-mile radius of Beverly Hills, California, according to Chevrolet’s inventory. There are at least 1,294 2026 Corvette E-Ray models available within the same search radius, indicating an even greater inventory.

While the C8 Z06 will continue to exist until the 2027 model year, the E-Ray will not. The hybrid Grand Sport X, which combines the company’s new LS6 6.7-liter naturally aspirated V8 with a front-mounted electric motor for a total of 721 horsepower, has replaced the E-Ray as part of a comprehensive redesign of the Corvette portfolio.

There are also significant savings available to those who choose to drive a slightly older 2025 Corvette. For current Camaro and Corvette owners, 2025 vehicles come with a $4,000 loyalty discount in addition to the same targeted $7,000 incentive, increasing the potential savings to $11,000.
