Air Peace, Azman Suspends Flights After Kaduna Airport Attack

Air Peace, Nigeria’s largest airline, has also halted flights to Kaduna International Airport, following Azman’s lead.
According to reports, it was caused by a gun attack near the airport during the weekend.
Bandits raided the airport area on Saturday, killing a local guard assigned to the Nigerian Airspace Management Authority (NAMA).

A fierce shootout between the military and the robbers caused a delay in a Lagos-bound Azman flight.
Azman stated on Tuesday that its flights to Kaduna will be suspended indefinitely due to insecurity.
Air Peace’s flights to Kaduna were halted a few hours later.
