Apocalypse Manufacturing Turns A Ford Bronco Into A 6×6 Monster

There’s a Bronco for everyone, from the Base to the Raptor, and from the Badlands to the Everglades, you could get yours with a plethora of equipment installed straight from the factory. But what if you want something entirely different? That’s where Apocalypse Manufacturing steps in. Meet the monstrous Apocalypse Dark Horse which is a Ford Bronco on steroids and with an extra set of 4 wheels or basically it’s a 6×6.
In front, the Ford Bronco 6×6 features a new bumper with a light bar in the centre and stacked lamps on each side. It also has some huge tow hooks. The upgraded suspension gives the rig a 4.0-inch (10.16-centimeter) lift.
Apocalypse Manufacturing pushes the twin-turbo V6’s output to 400 horsepower (298 kilowatts). The tweaks include revised software, larger injectors, increasing the boost, and a new exhaust.
The bigger changes are at the back. The company extends the bed and fenders to make room for the extra axle.
Unlike some of Apocalypse’s other creations, which feature Kevlar bodywork, this one looks almost stock. But even considering the markups some dealers have been applying to regular Bronco’s this one is going to cost you considerably more.
Build Number 1 of the Dark Horse will be sold at the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach auction, after Build Number 1 sells, Apocalypse will build Dark Horses for clients and turning existing Broncos into 6×6 trucks.
