Customers Who Paid ₦2.2b For Bugatti Divo Set To Take Delivery Of Their Hypercars
Bugatti reveals the first customer Divo hypercars that are ready for delivery.
Each has a starting price of $5.8m, about ₦2.24 billion.
Tax and destination charges will put this price to over ₦3billiion in Nigeria.
However, you cannot buy one now as all 40 examples that will be made have been spoken for.
After two years of development, Bugatti is ready to make the first three deliveries of its Limited Edition Divo hypercar.
The French automaker said “This marks the end of a challenging development lasting almost two years,”
Bugatti President added that :
“The Divo starts a new era at Bugatti – the era of modern coachbuilding,”
Named after French pilot and racing driver Albert Divo, the Chiron-based Bugatti Divo produces more downforce than a regular Chiron.
Unlike the Chiron that is made for straight lines and breaking the speed barrier, the Divo is specially designed to conquer corners.
Like the Chiron, the Divo is powered by a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine. This engine pumps out the power of 1500 horses and 1180 lb-ft (1600 Nm) of torque.
Production of the Bugatti Divo is limited to 40 units. Each of these cars has a MSRP of $5.8m (₦2.24b Naira). Tax and destination charges will push this price to over ₦3b in Nigeria.
However, you cannot buy one now as all examples, despite the hefty price, have been spoken for.
