Honda 0 Series Sedan Has Been Delayed Again
The Honda 0 Series sedan will not hit the market this year, however, as it has been delayed to 2027, the Japanese company confirmed.
Honda initially said it would launch three models on its new Series 0 platform this year, namely the Acura RSX, the Honda 0 Series SUV and the Honda 0 Series Saloon. Two of those are on the way, but after a year of regulatory changes, tariffs, and the elimination of tax credits, Honda has pushed back the timeline a bit.
The RSX will arrive first, in the “second half of 2026,” Jessica Finney, assistant vice president of communications at American Honda, told reporters. Then the Honda 0 Series SUV will appear a little later this year, while the sedan has been “postponed to 2027”.
She added that Honda shared the news of this delay with reporters during the Mobility Show in Japan, but that the news was not widely distributed.
