Mitsubishi Motors Nigeria recently had the 2020 edition of the role swap day. The role swap day is a one-day exercise by the company which enables management to replace the junior employees in their regular job roles.

The purpose of the role swap exercise is to understand the challenges faced when carrying out operational tasks. The exercise is also a strategy to strengthen the team spirit of the employees.

Mitsubishi Motors Nigeria is powered by Massilia Motors, the sole distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Nigeria.

Massilia Motors is the joint venture of the CFAO Group and the Chanrai Group uniting forces to deliver customer satisfaction. With operations run by the CFAO group and the sole distributor of Mitsubishi Motors in Nigeria that comprises of the ASX, Eclipse Cross, Outlander, Pajero, Pajero Sport, and L200 Pick-up.

Within two years, Massilia has been able to grow the Mitsubishi market share in Nigeria from 6% to 13 %, even as it is positioned to grow it further.

In 2017, Mitsubishi Motors celebrated its 100^th anniversary, holding the title of Japan’s oldest car manufacturer.
