Moment A Private Training Aircraft Crashed On Oba Akran In Lagos (Video)

Footage shared shows the moment a private training aircraft crashed in Lagos before bursting into flames.
Luckily, the two crew members onboard were reportedly rescued alive with varying degree of injuries on August 1st.
The crashed private training aircraft registered with 5N-CCQ belonged to Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd.
Two crew members were reportedly rescued alive with varying degree of injuries on Tuesday August 1st after a private training aircraft owned by Airfirst Hospitality and Tour Ltd crash landed at Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja Lagos.
According to a release by the Director of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service (LSFRS), Mrs. Margaret Adeseye, the accident occurred while the chopper was on a training exercise with two male crew members on board.
Footage shared shows the moment the light single airplane registered with 5N-CCQ burst into flames after crashing into an old communication pole around 4 pm on Tuesday.
While LASEMA said four people were onboard the plane, NEMA Acting Coordinator for South-West Zonal Office, Ibrahim Farinloye said two people were actually on board the crashed jet.
“There were two people on board. The control tower confirmed that there were only two people on board, not four. Three craters on the spot created by impacts on the ground”.
