China–Africa Summit 2024 : Check out Chinese President Xi’s stunning convoy, including his 18-foot armored Hongqi limousine.

Codenamed N701, Xi’s custom-designed Hongqi made its debut during his visit to Hong Kong on July 1st 2022.

The armored Hongqi limousine is reportedly come equipped with anti-rocket armor plates and thick bulletproof windows.

Featuring a large chrome radiator grille and an “illuminating” red Hongqi’s flag logo, Xi’s car is believed to costs $700k.





Amid ongoing Forum on China–Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit in China’s capital, Beijing, Autojosh shows the stunning Convoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping featuring his 18-foot Armored Hongqi limousine and another one acting as a backup and decoy.

Codenamed N701, the Chinese Paramount leader’s custom-designed Hongqi, which made its debut during his visit to Hong Kong on July 1st 2022, also travels to every country the Chinese president is visiting.





Xi Jinping said :

“It doesn’t look right to sit in a foreign car. Lots of foreign leaders use limousines of their own country, unless there isn’t one,” Xi said, while explaining why he departed from past practice of using a host country’s cars for state visits.

Xi’s customized armored car is believed to costs at least $700k. It is reportedly equipped with anti-rocket armor plates, thick bulletproof windows and systems to protect him from biological and chemical weapons.

Featuring a large chrome radiator grille and an “illuminating” thin red Hongqi’s flag logo, the presidential car has been seen in the midst of at least five escort vehicles, including a Chinese-built GAC Trumpchi GA8 pilot cars as well as Genesis and BMW sedans.

“It’s a beautiful vehicle,” said Biden, after the US president took a peek inside the Chinese-made Hongqi limo dubbed the ‘Rolls-Royce of China’. Biden said this when the two leaders met in California last year to discuss major issues affecting world peace and development.
