Nigerian Army Bans Tankers And Container Trucks From Queuing Up On Eko Bridge
The Nigerian Army has banned tankers and container trucks from queuing up on Eko Bridge. The ban which was announced on Wednesday will take effect from today, Thursday.
This is due to the fact that the bridge may collapse with the heavy weight it carries all day. Extreme traffic congestion in the state is another problem caused by the trucks.
Lagosian have been complaining about this issue hoping the government will do something about it.
