Supreme Court Orders Gtbank To Pay Innoson Boss N12bn In 14 Day

Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) has been ordered to pay automaker, Innocent Chukwuma, chairman of Innoson Group the sum of N12 billion.
The directive is to be adhered to within 14 days from its issuance.
This was contained in a statement released on Thursday by Cornel Osigwe, Innoson Group’s head of corporate communications.
According to the statement, the court struck the motion for stay of execution of the Enugu court of appeal division’s order that GT Bank pays N6 billion into an interest yielding account.
