Dubai Sheikh Builds The World’s Largest SUV Out Of Jeep Wrangler And Giant Military Vehicle

A wealthy Dubai sheikh, Hamad Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan – well known for sharing his amazing car collections on social media, thinks all the world’s largest off-roaders are not too good to cruise the Arabian deserts…

So he built one for himself and named it the Dhabiyan or “desert ship”. Dubbed the largest SUV in the world,this monster truck is what you get when you join sections of a Jeep Wrangler, Dodge Dart headlights and the rig of an Oshkosh M1075 military truck.

The 10-wheeled beast measures 10.8 meters long, 3.2 meters tall ,2.5 meters wide and weighs 24 tons .Power comes from a 600 horsepower Caterpillar 15.2-liter 6-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine.
