Jimi Disu: Ambode Abandons Lagos, Refuse Piles Up (Photos)

According to Jimi Disu, governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State has virtually abandoned Lagos with refuse littering major streets and highways after his humiliating defeat at the governorship primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He alleged that PMNEWS survey around Lagos reveals a dirty state with heaps of refuse on street corners, roads and major highways posing serious health hazards to the residents.

He added that environmentalists say something must be done urgently to evacuate the wastes to prevent infectious diseases from spreading to a large number of people in the state.
